- For warranty claim of within warranty items, it is required to present any of the following documents:
- Sales Invoice (from the store the item was purchased)
- Official Receipt
- Warranty Card
- We have the right not to accept defective items without proper documents.
- We will issue a Service Request Authorization form to you as proof that we received the defective item. It is understandable that this form shall be presented to us when claiming items after repair. We shall not be held liable for releasing repaired items to any party bearing this form.

- Removable parts of notebooks such as memory, optical disk drive, harddisk, and processor with an AGT warranty sticker also carry a 1-year warranty except for Fujitsu mobile harddisks that carry a 2-year warranty.

- Items for service must be tested first before replacing it with a new one. If it needed a further testing and isolating, we will be giving a 3-day lead-time.
- Items tested defective without physical damage will be replaced with a new one of same model or an equivalent alternative. In cases wherein stock is not available customer can opt to upgrade the item into a higher specification but with an upgrade fee.
- The warranty sticker of AGT must be intact. Tampering may render the warranty void. In cases the defective item is out of the warranty period, we won't be able to repair the item for it is replaceable.
- Accessories such as manual, drivers, cables, connectors, etc. is not covered by the warranty.

- Consumable items are not covered by the warranty.
- The warranty sticker must be intact. Tampering or destroying it will render the warranty for the item void. The item for service should be within the warranty period.
- Defective items will be repaired free from any charges unless it is proven abused or used outside specified ranges and/or the defect that occurs as a result of natural disasters such as but not limited to earthquake, fire, floods, typhoons, etc.
- The warranty does not cover any defect that occurs due to negligence or improper usage and maintenance of the item.
- The warranty does not cover damage on the item by conjoining other equipment/accessories that is not compatible and/or outside the specified range or capacity of the item.
- The warranty does not cover defects due to mishandling and negligence or improper care and storage such as keeping the item under conditions of high temperature and humidity, exposure to insect repellants or harmful drugs, etc.
- The warranty does not cover tampering and defects due to repair and modification of the item by unauthorized service centers.
- The products that are still within the warranty period are required to have a sales invoice or official receipt before acceptance for repair. Otherwise, warranty date of the item will depend from the warranty sticker affixed on the item.
- For notebooks, if removable parts such as harddisk, memory, optical disk drive, floppy, battery and/or adapter is found defective, they will be replaced if proven free from any damages. However, if the item requires other parts apart from the removable parts such as LCD, mainboard, keyboard, touchpad, or speaker, the unit will be repaired.
- Small items such as screws, drivers, cables, connectors, etc. affixed to the unit or as accessories of the unit is not covered by the warranty.
- Damages to notebooks arising due to wear and tear such as fading letters from keyboards, loose knobs, stuck buttons and the touch pad is not covered by the warranty.
- Data or any form of information stored on the unit is not covered by the warranty.
- If a software-related problem occurs such as the operating system (OS), installation of drivers that includes formatting the harddisk, it is not covered by the warranty.
- Consumer products that are out of the warranty period can still be repaired but with a charge fee.
- We reserve the right to return unrepaired items back to the customer for the following reasons:
- Unavailability of parts or parts that are too expensive
- Internal inspection proves that the item is unrepairable such as due to corrosion (mostly on old units), many tampered parts done by unauthorized service centers, and numerous vital parts inside is highly damaged.

- Upon claiming of the repaired items, a Service Request Authorization form must be presented to the Customer Care Officer along with proper identification card of the customer.
- When releasing a repaired item, a Service Completion Receipt form will be given to the customer along with the repaired item.
- Claiming of the repaired item is within 15 days after we informed the customer about the status of the item. In the event that the customer fails to claim the item, a holding cost of Php 100 per day shall be charged to the billing to cover for storage and security.
- Furthermore, if the repaired item is not claimed after 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the item in any manner that it may deem fit to cover for the labor and parts cost incurred in repairing the item.
