Systems Developer

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any IT-related course
  • Shall develop company systems using ABAP language for improvement.
  • Will provide recommendations and enhancements of existing programs to further align the current system
  • Will be in-charge with the implementation of the new programs as well as train the users for better understanding
  • Reviews and audits processes that are currently being utilized and prepare reports of those that are implemented or not.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related courses
  • Must be a team-player
  • Responsible in the after-sales concerns on consumer products
  • Required to know the basic testing procedures
  • Good in solving technical concerns
  • Responsible in repairing items from clients, either in-warranty or out-of- warranty
  • Willing to go onsite if necessary

Requirements:

  • Good in solving technical and non-technical customer concerns
  • Responsible in explaining the service charges for the out-of-warranty repairable items and the terms and conditions upon repair.
